How an order works
- Pick a format and fill in the brief at checkout: name, text to display, website or Discord link.
- Open a ticket on our Discord with your order ID. We start from the brief you filled in.
- You get a first version, then your included revisions, and the final files in every listed format.
A revision is a precise change: a text, a colour, a timing, an element. A full change of direction counts as a new order. For one more round, add the Extra Revision option.
Delivery times
- Every format, from the animated logo to the 30 s video: 12 to 48 h.
Before you buy
- No refund once the first version has been delivered. Full refund if we cannot deliver.
- We only use material you own or have the right to use: logos, screenshots, clips.
- Your files are delivered in your Discord ticket. Keep it open until the end.
- Support on Discord and Telegram.
