Invite-link products are applied to your server by us: you provide the link. Redeem-key products hand you a key so you can apply the boosts yourself, whenever you want.

Exactly what the listing says: 1 month or 3 months. The duration is written into every product name.

Payment goes through our SellAuth checkout. The options available today, with any fee they carry, are listed on each product page and again at checkout.

Open a ticket on our Discord with your order ID, your server and a screenshot of what you see. Replacements and issues are handled there.

Open a ticket with your order ID and the correct permanent invite link. Do not place a second order. If the boosts have already landed on the wrong server, the Terms of Service apply: no refund or replacement for boosting the wrong server.

An expired invite is the most common reason an order stalls. Create a new invite with no expiry date and no use limit, then send it to us with your order ID so we can look at the order.

These messages come from the delivery system behind the Stock & Redeem page, not from our shop, and the message alone does not tell us the cause. Check the live stock on that page, then check that you entered the full key and a permanent invite link. If it still fails, open a ticket on our Discord or write on Telegram with the exact message, a screenshot, your order ID and your key. Keep the key out of public channels. If the key was never redeemed, we replace it.

Boosts are sold for 1 or 3 months, as written in the product name. If yours dropped earlier, open a ticket with your order ID and your server. What qualifies for a replacement is set out in the Terms of Service, under Warranty Policy.

For invite-link products: a permanent invite link (no expiry, no use limit), room for the boosts, no phone verification required to join, and no Apply to Join approval. Do not remove the boosting accounts from your server afterwards. The invite checker on each product page reads what Discord publishes about your link before you pay. It cannot see everything.

A level depends on the total number of boosts on the server, not on your pack alone: Level 1 needs 2 boosts, Level 2 needs 7 and Level 3 needs 14. Add the boosts already on your server to your pack. The invite checker shows the current count. If the total should be enough and the level has not moved, open a ticket with your order ID, your server and a screenshot of Server Settings.
